Iron & Air Aquires Bike EXIF

Iron & Air Media has acquired Bike EXIF, the world’s foremost digital destination for custom motorcycle content. The combined power of the two brands will soon establish the world’s premier motorcycle enthusiast platform.

Iron & Air Media is known as the independent publisher behind Iron & Air Magazine which is a collectible print journal, sharing stories of the motorcycle and its community of enthusiasts. The concept was born from the desire to fill the gap on the coffee tables of its founders. They created a quarterly, heavy-stock, 114-page storyteller capturing the chase.

Iron & Air Media co-founders Adam Fitzgerald and Gregory Moore are looking forward to the collaboration to say the least: “We’ve long thought that Iron & Air Magazine and Bike EXIF would be the perfect complement to one another. Now that we’re two sides of the same coin, our combined resources will make the two properties even stronger and enable us to provide the most robust view of the custom culture within the motorcycle industry.” Those combined resources aren’t insignificant: Bike EXIF has its own, highly engaged, global audience. With over a million pageviews a month, their unique, quality content has gotten them over 3.5 million followers across Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.

Chris Hunter, Bike EXIF’s publisher, will continue his role as Editor-in-chief for Bike EXIF. Both him and the team behind Iron & Air Media are well on their way establishing a strategic plan for each brand. “I’ve been a reader and admirer of Iron & Air Magazine since the first few issues, because we both focus on the best stories, photography and tech skills. The chance to work together was impossible to turn down.”

We can’t wait to see what comes next.
